Proposal Overview

This is a one-day hypnosis wellness workshop designed to support individuals who are navigating personal loss or life transitions. Loss can take many forms—such as the end of a relationship, career change, role shift, changes in family dynamics, or health-related transitions. Many people experiencing these changes do not receive support unless their situation is formally recognized. This workshop offers a safe, compassionate space to reset, release emotional stress, and reconnect with inner stability and clarity.
