Proposal Overview
This is a one-day hypnosis wellness workshop designed to support individuals who are navigating personal loss or life transitions. Loss can take many forms—such as the end of a relationship, career change, role shift, changes in family dynamics, or health-related transitions. Many people experiencing these changes do not receive support unless their situation is formally recognized. This workshop offers a safe, compassionate space to reset, release emotional stress, and reconnect with inner stability and clarity.

- Relationship transitions such as divorce, breakup, or estrangement
- Career changes, retirement, or loss of professional identity
- The passing of a loved one, miscarriage, or loss of a pet
- Family or role changes, such as children leaving home or becoming a caregiver

- Relocation that lead to a sense of displacement
